
Our insurance scheme is designed to cover the cost of replacement parts, call-out and labour charges (Carried out by Custom Heat Engineers Only). Unusually for this type of scheme, we include the whole of your central heating system that includes radiators and hot water cylinder as well as the boiler, controls, thermostat and valves for any gas or L.P.G. Vaillant system that breaks down.
Once the guarantee period of your system or appliance is about to expire you should contact us to arrange for a visit. (If you have bought your system from us we will remind you). Our engineer will make an inspection of the Vaillant boiler/heating system, to ensure it complies with current regulations. We may submit a quotation if it is necessary to bring the appliances up to standard before they can be included in Extra Cover.
In return for your annual premium you will receive repairs including parts and labour at no additional cost. We offer a same day or next day response during the normal working week. Please note: We do NOT offer an out of hours emergency service. (See opening hours).
As part of Extra Cover we will keep a service history on our computer system. This will record any faults reported and help our engineers to provide an efficient and speedy response, should a failure occur.
