Boiler Service, Breakdown & Repair

Our gas boiler service is much more than a quick test with a flue gas analyser. With each gas boiler service we carry out various checks to ensure your safety. We check the location of the boiler, the condition and operation of the boiler flue and that there is sufficient air for combustion and cooling

During the boiler service we partially strip the boiler and check and clean the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, burner and injectors unless the manufacturers specify otherwise. When we re-assemble the boiler after service we check the condition of the combustion casing seals

Where possible we carry out combustion analysis with the boiler service and if you're interested we'll be happy to explain the figures.

We recommend that you take out an extra cover maintenance contract once the manufacturer's warranty has expired.† This cover will cover the cost of parts and labour to repair all items included in the scheme if they fail to operate.*
